OpenClaw Setup Guide
Complete guide to setting up and using OpenClaw
Get Your Instance
After subscribing, navigate to 'My OpenClaw' and click 'Start OpenClaw' to allocate your personal instance.

Open Web UI
After getting the instance, click the 'Open Web UI' button in the Overview section to access your OpenClaw control panel.

Connect with Gateway Token
After opening Control UI, paste the Gateway Token from My OpenClaw into the login page and connect. New OpenClaw versions do not require device approval by default.

If an older instance still shows pairing required, return to My OpenClaw, open the Security tab, and either disable legacy device authentication or approve the pending device request.

After token login, refresh Control UI if needed. When the gateway status becomes healthy, your instance is ready to use. Model providers are configured automatically by OpenClaw on this site.

AI models are configured automatically
If your plan includes built-in API credits, OpenClaw automatically writes the managed NewAPI provider and shared model pool for your instance. You do not need to add providers, paste API keys, or edit model settings in Control UI.

If My OpenClaw reports that API configuration is missing or outdated, click the site's automatic configure/repair button. It will rebuild the managed model configuration for you.

Start Using
Open WebChat on this site or the Control UI Chat page to start using your assistant. You can choose among the supported shared models in WebChat when needed.
