Instance provisioning typically completes within 5-10 minutes, though may take up to 24 hours during high demand periods. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation: To subscribe to our hosting services, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through OpenClaw, including but not limited to the website design, infrastructure management tools, gateway configurations, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The OpenClaw Gateway software may be subject to open-source licenses (e.g., MIT or GPL).

• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying platform technology or intellectual property of the OpenClaw service, except as provided by open-source licenses.
• You retain ownership of the specific outputs and personal context generated by your use of the service.
• The OpenClaw brand and platform remain the property of the project operators.
